Greg has always had a passion for beautiful homes, both rustic and modern architecture, and the cedar roof was always a key feature. He noticed the natural beauty of the wood roofs faded too quickly, and that they were being replaced too soon... He developed his proven methods of restoration and 45 years later, he is applying the same techniques and working on the same roofs he started restoring when he started.
Kevin Blake

Kevin has always been fascinated by wood roofs, and wood in general, and the beauty it brings to a home when paired with fine craftsmanship. When he was too young to go to the job sites, he would hide in his father’s truck and pop out upon arrival to accomplish his goal. Once he was old enough, we worked on cedar roofs while attending Brother Rice High School, and during summers while attending Michigan State University. Once he graduated, Kevin was recruited to work for Honeywell Aerospace to manage their private jet business in Scottsdale Arizona. He knew his passion was with bringing value to homes, so he packed up his truck and moved home to work with his father.
